Location a showcase for new FatPoint wireless Internet access hardware

Vancouver, B.C. - Sept 23, 2002 - Adding to the growing list of wirelessly-enabled 'hotspots' around Vancouver, FatPort is pleased to announce that wireless Internet access is now available at the eBusiness Connection (eBC) in the Waterfront Station, in Downtown Vancouver.

As proud sponsors of this technology-industry initiative public/private partnership, FatPort installed the new FatPoint wireless Internet access hardware at eBC allowing anyone with a wirelessly-enabled laptop or PDA connect at very high speeds to the Internet. Also, FatPort cut the cables on all 3 public-use terminals - further demonstrating the versatility of the FatPoint system.
