'Unwire' Internet Access
Coquitlam, BC, December 11, 2002--FatPort announced that
it has signed an agreement with The Smart Choices Society as the
new business service partner for the citysoup.ca Innovation
Centre.
FatPort Corporation, Canada's leading provider of ultra high
speed wireless Internet access, brings wireless Internet service
to the citysoup.ca Innovation Centre. With the addition of FatPort
to the Innovation Centre family of service providers, visitors to
the Innovation Centre can connect instantly and easily to the
Internet - without the usual .muss and fuss. associated with most
wired technologies.
FatPort was selected because it uses a mature, established network standard (802.11b) and
delivers ultra-fast wireless connectivity in an easy to use format - no new methods to learn.
Subscribers simply open an Internet browser, log in to the FatPort network with a password and
then surf away. Now citysoup.ca.s FatPort customers can pick up their email, surf the .net and
stay in touch with friends virtually at the Innovation Centre in Coquitlam.

Anyone who has wireless capability within 300 feet of the Innovation Centre will be able to
do the same things they would use their home or office Internet connection for, but now wirelessly.
FatPort accounts will be available from the Innovation Centre.
