co-marketing agreement with PrinterOn Corporation to provide PrinterOn Wireless Convenience
Printing services across FatPort's global wireless Network. The agreement will allow mobile device
users to print from their wireless laptops, e-mail appliances and personal digital assistants (PDAs)
to printers and fax machines located at FatPort Network locations.
