Pass-One agreement is expected to increase FatPort Corporation's roaming wireless network by
700 locations
Pass-One association formed to deliver a global service standard to the emerging Wi-Fi
market
June 24, 2002 . Vancouver, B.C.- The Board of FatPort Corporation is pleased to announce an
agreement with Pass-One to establish a global wireless service with "barrier-less roaming" between
networks. Pass-One, a recently established association consisting of over 50 leading wireless
network companies (including many of the major North American cellular carriers), is focused on
creating a global standard for wireless Internet service. As a founding member of Pass-One,
FatPort Corporation anticipates an increase of over 700 roaming locations where FatPort subscribers
may access service throughout the world by the end of 2002 as a result of the completion of
this project.
