Refunds are available:
- If a customer purchases time and is unable to use the FatPort service due to technical issues with the HotSpot
- If a customer signs up for the FatPort Service and is at a location that provides free FatPort wireless internet
To receive a refund, please provide us with:
- Date of Purchase
- Type of Service purchased
- Amount Paid
- Contact information including email address/phone #
- Method of Payment
