Return Policy

Refunds are available:

• If a customer purchases time and is unable to use the FatPort service due to technical issues with the HotSpot
• If a customer signs up for the FatPort Service and is at a location that provides free FatPort wireless internet

To receive a refund, please provide us with:

• Date of Purchase
• Type of Service purchased
• Amount Paid
• Contact information including email address/phone #
• Method of Payment
