Whether you are using a laptop, tablet or mobile phone, calling from the WiFi service of a hospital, from a hotel WiFi network, or from other WiFi hotspots such as marina internet, our French and English speaking Customer Service Helpdesk are there to get you connected.

FatPort maintains a Canadian Help Desk with French and English service to make your experience as user-friendly and painless as possible. Our team of specialists is always monitoring the system, so we can immediately respond to any wireless technical difficulties.

If you’re having non-wireless technical issues with your PC we suggest Support.com who can provide online or telephone support for virus removal, spyware management, and any other issue.

What do I do when I get to a location? All you need to do is open up a web browser in any FatPort location. Our system automatically redirects you to FatPort's login screen.

Where can I access the network? Your account is valid at any FatPort location.

What forms of Payment do you accept? You can purchase access time online using your Visa or MasterCard, American Express Card, or Discover Card.

Is my billing information secure? Yes. All credit card information is passed through 128-bit SSL encryption - the same level of encryption used by the banks.
