Whether you are using a laptop, tablet or mobile phone, calling from the WiFi service of a hospital, from a hotel WiFi network, or from other WiFi hotspots such as marina internet, our Customer Service Helpdesk is there to get you connected.
FatPort maintains a Canadian Help Desk to make your experience as user-friendly and painless as possible. Our team of specialists is always monitoring the system, so we can immediately respond to any wireless technical difficulties.
If you’re having non-wireless technical issues with your PC we suggest Support.com who can provide online or telephone support for virus removal, spyware management, and any other issue.

What do I do when I get to a location?
If you are at one of "Pay for Access Sites" - look for "FatPort" in your wireless networks. Connect to the network. Then open your internet browser. Click on "Register" to create a user account, and follow the steps to purchase time. After your purchase you will be prompted to "log in" using your mobile phone number and password to begin using the internet.
What forms of Payment do you accept? Currently we accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa or MasterCard, American Express Card, or Discover Card.
Is my billing information secure? Yes. All credit card information is passed through 128-bit SSL encryption - the same level of encryption used by the banks. Our networks run on the OpenBSD platform, considered to be the most secure operating system available. Check out our security fact sheet for more information.
